Welcome to Grove Farm Campsite, a small family-run campsite located in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Our site is nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by fields and woodland, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty of the great outdoors.

Grove Farm Campsite cancellation policy
No refunds within 1 day of arrival date.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Please note that your deposit is paid to Pitchup.com and is non-refundable.
Payment
A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable now. Grove Farm Campsite will debit the balance from your card 1 week before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 1 week then the balance will be taken immediately.
You can also opt to pay the full amount at the time of your booking, or at any point before the due date.

Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
General

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..

This site has no on-site shower facilities.
Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times. Paving slabs are available onsite free of charge to prevent scorched grass.

Firearms are not permitted.

Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.
Non-compliance with these conditions may lead to your expulsion from the campsite without refund or prior notice.
The management retains the right to deny admission or booking to any individual or group at any time.
Only those listed on the booking form are permitted to stay in the allocated accommodation. Bookings cannot be transferred.
We do not take responsibility for your belongings or any injuries sustained while camping.
Our site is located in a rural setting, and we are not liable for any damage, injuries, or inconveniences caused by plants, trees, insects, or wildlife.
While we strive to keep all services operational, we cannot be held accountable for water pressure loss due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
If you encounter any issues within our control, please inform us immediately so we can address them. Failure to notify us within 7 days of your stay may result in us not accepting liability for any claims.
